Unique culinary experiences
For us it is the highest priority to respond to your expectations and wishes individually. We would be very happy to be your hosts.
My restaurant / your restaurant
The series of Swiss television SRF 1 also led in October 2014 to Graubünden.
For 5 days 5 regulars were on the trip, each of them introducing their favorite restaurant one day a week – trying to convince the others that his restaurant was the best. The regulars showed and told us what makes their restaurant so special and what stories and experiences they associate with it. Subsequently, the respective company was graded by the other participants, according to the criteria “ambience, food, service and price-performance ratio”. At the end of the culinary journey, the company was awarded the highest score. The Berghaus Alpenrösli landed on the first place. The joy was great, but even greater was the joy of the many positive reactions and congratulations after the television broadcast. Many thanks to all guests of the Berghaus Alpenrösli!
The hunting season in Graubünden has a high social status and is the best time of the year for some hunters.
Even for chef Jos Keurentjes hunting is a very special and labor-intensive time. He lovingly puts together the classic game menus. The meat comes exclusively from the local hunt. Often our host knows the hunters personally and thus guarantees a fantastic meat quality. Let yourself be surprised and enjoy the special warm autumn light in the mountains. A timely reservation is recommended.
Full moon fondue party
Full moon in the mountains has its own special charm. The mountains gleam in the glistening white of the snow.
At the cosy full moon fondue at Berghaus Alpenrösli you can enjoy a fine Vacherin Gruyère fondue then sledge down the marked sledge run.
Sledging by full moon is a particularly romantic experience which you will always remember. Wear warm clothing so nothing can spoil your fun.
The cosy full moon fondue will take place on the following evenings:
Monday, 21. January 2019 & Tuesday, 19. February 2019
